The combination of transformational coaching and yoga. Embodiment is so important and we give so much precedence to the mind. When we do the simple action of taking a breath, we come into the moment, we feel what's so, rather than hearing the thoughts.
To me feelings reveal so much more truth than thoughts. When we get versed in feeling and can articulate what we feel, we get closer to what is true for us.

Here for the real you.

I will be sharing this quote with you all this evening:

What I am learning through my practice of yoga is to trust more and more deeply that the divine supports us, and like the coming together of the thumb and fore finger in the maha mudra so often seen in yoga, as we reach toward the divine through our practice, the divine in turn, comes toward us.

In all spiritual traditions there is some notion… Continue

Even Buddha was onto this thread, a quote attributed to the wise one goes, "What you are is what you have been, what you will be is what you do now." In fact Buddha was all about this principle of cause and effect, but that's a whole other blog post.

I've watched 'The Secret' and probably so have you. If you are into yoga or… Continue
